Privacy Policy

The law that applies
Decorro Creatives handles your personal information under the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). This page says what Decorro collects through this site, why, and who can see it.
What we collect
- Your name, mobile number and email.
- Your event details: the date, the kind of event, the celebrant’s name, the venue, and the package and options you choose.
- Files you upload: a payment receipt, a layout picture and an invitation.
- If you create an account: your email, a password (stored by our sign-in provider, never readable by Decorro), and which version of the Terms of Service and this policy you agreed to, and when.
- Your choice of where your event photos go.
This site takes no payment and stores no card details. You pay Decorro directly, by GCash or bank transfer.
Why we collect it
To take your booking request, confirm it with you, prepare for your event, and check your payment. A booking is a request: your date is held as pending for 48 hours and is not confirmed until Decorro confirms it.
Who can see it
Files you upload are visible only to you and to Decorro. If you have an account, you can see your own bookings only, and no one else’s.
Photos taken at your event
Photos taken at your event are posted on Decorro’s Facebook page, unless you choose, when you book, to have them sent to you privately by email instead. If you choose email, they are not posted.
Facebook, on the Our work page
The Our work page shows, inside this site, the posts from Decorro’s Facebook page that Decorro has chosen. When you open it, your browser loads that part straight from Facebook, without you clicking anything.
- Facebook receives your internet address, details of your browser, and that you are looking at Decorro’s page on this site.
- Facebook may set or read its own cookies in your browser. If you are signed in to Facebook in that browser, Facebook may link the visit to your account.
- What Facebook does with this is covered by Facebook’s own privacy policy, not this one.
No other page of this site loads anything from Facebook. If your browser blocks Facebook, or a post cannot be shown, the Our work page shows a link to that post on Facebook in its place, and you can still book. If Decorro has chosen no posts, the page loads nothing from Facebook and shows a link to Decorro’s Facebook page instead.

Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act you may ask Decorro what personal information it holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, and ask for it to be deleted. You may also complain to the National Privacy Commission.
