Who we are
This site is run by Decorro Creatives, a photobooth service in Mobo, Masbate. “We” and “Decorro” mean Decorro Creatives. “You” means the person making a booking or using an account.

Whether Decorro is a registered business, under what name, and its registration number.
A booking is a request
When you book on this site, you are asking Decorro for a date. Your date is held for you as pending for 48 hours. It is not confirmed until Decorro confirms it. If Decorro does not confirm it within those 48 hours, the hold ends and the date is free again.
Please give correct details. Decorro uses your name, mobile and email to confirm the booking with you.
Payment
This site takes no payment and stores no card details. You pay Decorro directly, by GCash or bank transfer. The total shown on the booking page is worked out from Decorro’s rate card at the time you book.
If you upload a payment receipt, it only shows Decorro that you have paid. It is not a confirmation of your booking.
A transportation charge applies to events outside Poblacion, Mobo.

Cancelling and refunds

Photos taken at your event
Photos taken at your event are posted on Decorro’s Facebook page, unless you choose, when you book, to have them sent to you privately by email instead. If you choose email, they are not posted.
Files you upload
You may upload a payment receipt, a layout picture and an invitation. Only upload files you are allowed to share. They are visible only to you and to Decorro.
Your account
You can create an account with your email and a password. Your account shows your own bookings and no one else’s. Keep your password to yourself; anything done while signed in to your account is treated as done by you.
Your personal information
How Decorro collects and uses your personal information is set out in the Privacy Policy.
Disagreements
If something goes wrong, please contact Decorro first, so it can be put right.

Changes to these terms
When these terms change, the version and date at the top of this page change too. If you create an account, Decorro records which version you agreed to.
